About Me
When I'm not killing the english I enjoy long walks on the beach, moonlit seranades and that little feeling you get when LOL O.K. I just can't type this anymore I almost laughed so hard I nearly fell out of my chair. So, in the real world I have a reenacting group called The Society Of Disgruntled Scotsman, we camp and fight like soldiers of the jacobite army and when thats not taking up my time my amimals do. I live alone on a big hill with my dog and a flock of sheep."I know, the parallels are astounding" I guess thats where you would expect a scotsman to live lol.
My surname Really is MacDonald and I am very proud of that. I can trace my lineage back to two men by the name of James MacDonald
(my grandfather x5) and Alestair MacDonald his brother, that both rallied at Glenfinnan and that stood at Culloden on the day that conventional rules of warfare didn't apply to scots. You know what they say "if you can't win cheat"
But, luckily enough he survived the battle and two years later he boarded a boat to Charlston South Carolina and a few kilt checks later
HERE I AM yay.
We're scots wha hae ye?

I listen to everything from old country to rap,(no posers Please)I really enjoy punk, folk, shanty, and metal.
However, they all stand as a moon cast shadow to highland
pipes, for there is no other sound in the world that makes mens hearts swell with rightous indignation than the low drone and whine of the only musical instrument to be outlawed as a tool of war.
So, the next time you hear pipes off in the distance and happen to be in Texas, you might wander that way, and maybe you might see me there with my chest all pushed out under my armour and my stoic pride on display.

Today is March 6, and for all of you folks outside of Texas, today in 1836 a handfull of men, some of the bravest ever to draw breath saw the end of a 13 day seige. Shortly before dawn, 8,000 mexican troops made an all out attack on the weary defenders manning the ramparts and were soon clamering over the walls and into the mission. In all the fight lasted about 45 min and whether they surrendered or stood their ground to the last, they were butchered to a man. These men stood in the face of certain death and never once balked or blinked, these men never shirked their duty to their country or their family and they died heros of the Republic of Texas. On this day in 1836 few stood against many and a nation was born from their sacrifice on the alter of liberty.
This song is dedicated to those brave men in SanAntonio at a place named by the bexarenas and forever known as the Alamo.
Lad, tis a fyne group of loyal Scots you've there! Fight on good boony man!
